ALL ITEMS MARKED “CLEARANCE” AND/OR “SALE” ARE FINAL SALE.
You may NOT return an item if it is has been used, washed, damaged, worn, or if the tags are removed.
Please remember that we do the best we can & the colors of our products may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping in each case.
You may return most new, unworn items within 14-days of shipping or from a pick-up purchase for a credit only. Sorry, but we do not issue returns. We must receive the item within the 14-day time period. A credit for a future pick-up or online order will be granted, and is applied for the item only, not shipping and handling since that service was used. If the item is received outside of the designated time frame, the return will be rejected. If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return, you will be responsible to call and pay a return shipping charge of $5. All items must still have tags attached.

• We can offer exchanges if the customer contacts us within 4 business days of the purchase date. Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we cannot guarantee their availability. We recommend purchasing the item, and then shipping back or dropping off the returned product so that you do not miss out on the item.
• Returned items will be processed for full refund or for a credit only. No exceptions.
A credit or full refund will be emailed to your email address. This usually takes 5-7 days to process after we receive the returned item. If an order is placed prior to receiving the credit email, we cannot refund for that amount. You do need to wait until the a credit is approved to place the order to use this credit. If you place an order and do not select to use your store credit, we cannot go in and apply it afterwards. We have no way of doing so. If you have any issues with your credit then please email firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
Shipping and Delivery
What You Need to Know
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If you think you’ve received a defective item, contact us within 2 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items, or are missing items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get that error sorted out for you! Please contact us at email@example.com.
USPS Priority Mail shipping within the continental United States is $7 for all orders.
Depending on the order, it may be shipped the same day if it is placed 12PM EST. Your order should arrive within 3-7 business days after the order has been processed. Please allow 1-3 days for us to process your order.
Barely Vintage is NOT responsible for:
-Delays with UPS shipping
-International Duties or Customs charges
-Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service will be responsible once we ship the packages, and you will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
All shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
Carrier Contact Numbers:
We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, meaning there is a small-time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
If your order qualifies for free shipping and you wish to return an item from the qualifying order, thus making the order ineligible for free shipping, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from your store credit. All returns must be credited to the original account used to purchase the item(s). (Example: If you received an item that was a gift, the return must be posted to the purchaser's account). Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after you send the item(s) back. We highly recommend using a traceable carrier with tracking number. Original Shipping and Return Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged Items/Order Errors

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or if you received an incorrect or defective item(s). All original tags must still be attached. If the tags are not attached, then it is not returnable and will be rejected. You have 2 business days from the day the order was received to report it as being damaged. We will not accept any error/damaged item(s) after this 2-business day period for return. NO exceptions. If you were sent incorrect items, or are missing items from your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get that error sorted out for you!
